As replacement for the untimely-deceased Ensign Garrel and Ensign Remuel, I hereby request the allocation of Lieutenant Shimei as my own personal guard and assistant. Please also select, together with his approval, a few such Elite Guardsmen as you think most fit, to share this duty.
Whether this reassignment is possible or not, I would like to extend mypersonal recommendation to both Lieutenant Shimei and Ensign Nebo for promotions and raises in pay. Both are exceptionally loyal and competent, and have served the Temple well during a recent time of crisis.
