The Return of Melchizedek

Thomas, Redmane, Sir Lefallon, Lord April, Rachel and the Djinn travel in the enchanted boat, along with the statue that is Lord Melchizedek, discussing whether they should go directly to the palace, to the lands of April, or somewhere else instead. The matter is settled for them as they discover signs of trouble at the Green Sward -- they fly overhead and see trolls in combat with the forooves of October, and Hannah of House November. The Djinn lowers the boat at the bequest of her new friends, and the heroes join the fray.

The trolls are routed, and once the group is reunited, Alice breaks the spell that keeps Melchizedek in the form of a statue.
