The Eavesdropper

Immediately after Lord October's pronouncement that Alice is the heir of King Umbrecht, Agatha hears a splash in the water nearby, and feels drawn to investigate. She has reason to believe that something swam through the stream, and lets Lord October know her suspicion. He has his guards search the area, while Agatha finds the young tree elf, Tiertu, hiding in the bushes. Tiertu makes pathetic claims of trimming the bushes and somehow not hearing the guards shouting that the area should be cleared, but Agatha doesn't buy it -- and neither does Lord October, as Tiertu is led off.
