Agatha, Alice and Tom, reunited, head back to Harcourt Manor -- a much safer place than the woods. There, they discuss matters, and Tom expresses frustrations with his attempts to make sure everyone else is safe, and the matter of how seriously to take the risks posed by the intrigues of Mirari, arguing with Agatha and Alice.
