Questions for Nymuae

At the Manor, Sorceress Nymuae (formerly known as Rebecca Travison) intently studies the teddy bear identified with "Sir Theodore". Alice interrupts this examination by asking Nymuae to clarify her earlier statements. Nymuae indicates that, although Alice has the potential to work magic or to be a healer, she cannot master both. She clarifies also that if Alice becomes a sorceress, she cannot be Princess of Mirari ... though to be a healer would pose no conflict at all. Alice affirms that she would rather be a princess and a healer, in light of that.

Alice also asks Nymuae whether she and Thomas, if they are truly "faeries", could work "glamours", the same way Elinor could. She learns that Nymuae, not being a true faerie, cannot work such glamours, but that Alice and Thomas should be able to -- though Nymuae suggests that "Lord Explorer Thomas" never showed much interest in such. They also discuss the matter of whether House April can be trusted, and the matter of the proper ownership of the mirror that once belonged to Angelique.
