Nymuae's Return to Court
(11 Jul 2002) Nymuae returns to the court of Mirari, somewhat the worse for wear. 		(Alice) (Rebecca) (The Key)
Nymuae appears outside the palace, before Alice and Queen Seraph. She is badly wounded, and Alice tends to her wounds while Queen Seraph tries to summon a healer. There is trouble at the South Gate, and so while Queen Seraph hastens to deal with these events, Alice goes with Nymuae and the Optikon to try to magically develop its images for some sort of proof that "Lord April" is not who he claims to be. On the way, they are followed by a couple of the Queen's guards who act suspiciously -- and, when there is a confrontation, Alice suddenly finds herself plunged into a nightmarish reality: a dark and foreboding store, where she has a vague recollection that she's there to find something very important for her mother.
