Heading Off Tom
(2 Jul 2001) Agatha catches Tom trying to sneak off to the cave alone. 		(Agatha) (Tom)
Tom, making his way back to the cave alone, runs into Agatha. Agatha has just met Richard, and her hunting for horseshoes has drawn to a close, as it's getting dark. She guesses Tom's intent, and persuades him that it's too late in the day to go spelunking, and rather that it might be fun for the kids to play the parts of the "Golden Hawks" -- something Agatha has been wanting to ask Tom about, but he confesses that he never gave much thought as to who the Golden Hawks actually were. In the end, they part ways back in town, and Tom confesses that, yes, he was originally headed to the cave, after all -- news that is no great surprise to Agatha by this point.
