Familiar Faces

(Tom)
Thomas, Rachel and Simon journey to Caer Bannuac, where they encounter an older and destitute Sorcerer Pelles and his familiar, the cross-eyed talking cat Bragwaine. Pelles gives Tom some vague warnings about the use of the chalice, and Bragwaine agrees to deliver a message to Agatha, should she pass this way. Thomas and his friends then move on, traveling across the desolate land of Annwn to arrive in a trade city of Caer Sidi which very nicely fits Tom's "prediction" of where he might fit Oberia. Sure enough, Oberia is to be found here, and Tom is reunited with yet another old friend.
